STAGES Summer Program

STAGES begins June 16th with activities through August 8th.
STAGES : Students in Transition Achieving their Goals Empowered and Self-Determined
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in community-based activities during summer break.
Activities include:
• Employment activities – tour small businesses in the mid-Michigan area, participate in mock interviews and career exploration, and learn more about getting a job!
• Enjoy local accessible recreation options. Enjoy activities like walking at local parks, exploring accessible trails, and trying out kayaking.
• Learn more about your community; visit and explore different community resources.
• Build your skills! Participate in varied skill building activities including learning how to show for healthy ingredients and prepare meals.
• Make friends! The STAGES program brings together students with disabilities to foster connection and build relationships.
