Midland Mall Walk

We will meet at Cultivate Coffee Shop to gather and socialize at 4pm. Once everyone is ready we will head out to walk around the mall for some light exercise! For those that want to get a snack or have dinner will meet at the food court between 5-5:15 to get drinks and/or food. Others may choose to continue walking, talking &/or window shopping!

Peers, this is meant to be a time of light exercise, socialization & independence. Hangout with your friends, bring a staff or friend to help you out! Mike & I will be around the first couple months and then as often as we can be there! 😊 We hope to see this become a peer led program, where we are only dropping in to visit and hang out, as needed!
