1 in 3 families are impacted by disability and 70% of people with disabilities are not born with them.

• Help us empower a young person with a disability to learn the necessary skills to become independent adults
• Help us transition a person with a disability from a nursing facility back to their own home in the community where they can engage with their friends, neighbors, church, etc.
• Help us assist someone with a newly acquired disability to see possibilities for themselves through our Peer Support program
• Help us create accessible and inclusive communities where everyone can live, work, and play
